Maggie Brooklyn has a mystery on her hands.  Dogs are going missing in her neighborhood and with her part-time job as a dog walker, Maggie has a keen eye for the canine. She also has a keen eye for a certain guy named Milo.

This is a fun series for readers who want a little romance in their Nancy Drew books and who are looking for a heroine with some pluck.

Girl’s Best Friend by Leslie Margolis is about a girl named Maggie who tries to find a missing dog for a guy that she likes while keeping her dog-walking business a secret from her parents. There are a lot of suspects, but you'll have to read it to find out who the dog napper is.

I think you should read this book because it’s so exciting, funny and suspenseful. I recommend this book to people ages 10-17. It’s a comedy and a mystery, and I hope you enjoy the book.
