Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See?

Wow what a great way to learn colors. What does the Brown Bear see? He sees a 'red bird looking at me.' Now, what does the red bird see? The shapes are simple, the colors are vivid and the rhythm is classic.

************

A big happy frog, a plump purple cat, a handsome blue horse, and a soft yellow duck--all parade across the pages of this delightful book. Children will immediately respond to Eric Carle's flat, boldly colored collages. Combined with Bill Martin's singsong text, they create unforgettable images of these endearing animals.---from the publishers

This is a book about animals looking at other animals. I like the way the animals are drawn and the colors they used. Also, I like how the words are the same on each page. I recommend this book to kids who are just learning how to read.
