What Color Is Your Underwear?

Take some bright, large illustrations of animals and mix them with flaps that cover their underwear. Then mix that with the hilarity of lifting the flap and discovering the underwear and then add the all important concept of color and you have the whole picture of this book. If you have a reluctant listener, this is a good option for you. He/she gets to identify the animal and then ask the question, 'What color is your underwear?' Now, lift the flap and discover the answer. You teach some colors along the way. This would be a great way to teach the concept of 'under.'
