Fred and Anthony have life goals and those goals involve eating Pez and a lot of Chex Mix and getting other people to do their work for them. Their lives are made miserable by Mr. Bomzie, their fourth-grade history teacher, who is constantly assigning historical projects that involve Q-tips, paper plates or sugar cubes.
Life looks up when the boys find their true destiny: to rid the world of the OCSDD Ghost. Deep in the dank recesses of Maniac Towers lie the evil geniuses of The Netherworld. Adventure and humor reside there as well.
