Oh, my gosh! This is the most magical and most powerful book for children. It’s the story of a boy who climbs aboard a train and rides it through the forest. It’s nighttime, and the train climbs up past deer and mice and rabbits. It passes the soaring owl and the creeping cougar. “And the owl sits on a limb and winks and “”whoooos” and becomes the moon.” The pictures in this book are just amazing. What a wonderful way to share animals with a child. Just plain glorious!

There is a magical feeling as you journey through the night.
