The Mitten

This talented team has done The Mitten in a new and delightful way. In this version of the Ukrainian folktale, we meet the little boy as he is enjoying spring, summer and fall leading up to the day when he drops his mitten. He becomes more of a character in this version. The love of his grandmother is more a part of the story too. The animals find the mitten and begin to squeeze in as always but the illustrations share the struggle of getting into the itten and trying to fit-quite hilarious. It ends with a bit of a pop and the glow of a grandmother's love. Good night.
