Strider

This is the sequel to the Newbery award winning book, Dear Mr. Henshaw. Fourteen-year-old Leigh Botts is back and still struggling with growing up and accepting his parents' divorce. He and his best friend find a dog on the beach and decide to share it. They name it Strider. Leigh aches for a true friend and finds that friend in Strider.
