Passing the Music Down

Heritage is a treasure passed from generation to generation. Musical heritage is no different in this story of a young man who learned that “passing the music down” provided him an opportunity to learn from a master and develop a relationship that transcended music. Based on the story of two fiddlers, Melvin Wine and Jake Krack, the boy also learns that it is up to him to continue to pass the music onto a new generation. Includes bibliography and author’s note.
