Max, Fang, Iggy, Nudge, Gasman and Angel are a flock of DNA engineered beings. They can fly. Throw in Total, the dog who can talk, and you have quite a talented group that is about to go up against the scientists of ITEX who are planning to rid the world of half its inhabitants. Their goal is to do away with poverty, disease, pollution and all sorts of imperfections. They intend to rid the world of Max and friends as well. They don't seem to be quite as perfect as originally planned.
