Getting up in front of the class to do show and tell..... can be fraught with anxiety and that's exactly what is facing our hero Max. He has no idea what cool thing to bring to class tomorrow to be "good enough." That is... until... yes...the wondrous Moonbean flies in from outer space and drops into Max's bedroom closet. Hallelujah! Yep..something we can all hope for ...the alien salvation theory.
Hey, it's awesome. Moonbean is an instant friend and he invites Max back to his planet for show and tell where Max is a ... star!
Okay...this is absolutely charming. The classmates at Max's school all deserve their own stories. Look at those faces. The best...who are they? What are they thinking?
For all of us wandering in the desert these days waiting for and hoping for stories that hit the sweet spot our hero Rob Scotton has come through like gangbusters.
You have to meet Max and you have to meet Moonbean....not Moonbeam which is what you'll default to..it's Moonbean.
Grab it off the shelf and read it aloud...if you're like me you'll hear the faint refrain of Santa Claus is Coming To Town - but maybe that's just me. Anyway.... Max is our dog..he is our sympathetic and adorable hero... and we didn't even know how much we needed him until now.
