Character-Building Curriculum

Lyle, the crocodile, lives with his family, the Primms, on East 88th Street.  He is not your average crocodile.  Lyle loves to help others and is a beloved family member.  But he is not beloved by the next door neighbor, Mr. Grumps,  who fears for his own pet cat, Loretta.  The result is Lyle being incarcerated in the Central Park zoo and making a plan to escape to regions far, far away.

Will this family lose their Lyle?

A wonderful story for showing young listeners that it's important to get to know someone before you judge them.  Just because someone looks like a crocodile doesn't mean they want to eat your cat.

Advanced vocabulary so better for older listeners.
