In case you missed this one as I did, I'm putting on my What's New Page for a month or two.

Wow! What a fabulous book to share with a group of children at a storytime or in a classroom or just at home snuggled on your couch together. When you open the pages, it's just as if you'd walked into the zoo. Enormous closeup pictures of animals await you. They are so close it seems you could reach out and touch them and even smell them. You get a great look at their fur and their eyes and you can really take some time to study them. In the margins are some fun facts about each animal. There's a zebra, a camel, a tiger with his mouth wide open, an elephant calf, and many, many more. Look at the gorilla. Can you find his pink tongue and his ears? Look how long his hair is. Wow! Just plain old wonderful! Enjoy!
