Tests had determined that his blood sample was actually lizard blood! When she reaches the boy's home, she finds his father keeping him chained in a stone tower in the woods out back. Is he abusing his son, or is he trying to protect him from something lurking out in the woods? Very simple text and intriguing illustrations make this book ideal for reluctant readers.
