Born to Read

Baby Sam is born reading. His mother reads him picture book after picture book and soon, Sam himself is a reading star. Reading helps him do all kinds of things, even win a bicycle race. Then, "one dark, December afternoon, a baby giant, Grundaloon" comes to town, and even the grown-ups are afraid. But, you know, reading is an amazing power to have. "Readers can do anything." The rhymes have a very strong Dr. Seuss feel to them.
