Arthur's Science Fair Trouble

Arthur needs an idea for a science fair project. The pressure is on because everyone else has an idea, and they're all working on their projects. What can Arthur do? Up in the attic Arthur finds his father's old solar system project. Hey, he could just add a little paint here... a little glue there.... But is this really HIS science project?
