all better baby

Some little listeners like to sit still and smile and hear the sound of their mother's voice as she reads the story about the moon.  It's all peace and togetherness.  Other little listeners need the book to do something - they are looking for some action baby.

This board book meets those action lovers on two fronts.  First front where it has all the thrills is the joy of what will happen if this baby gets hurt?  Yep, we're talking knee scrapes and nose bumps and itchy bug bites and the occasional splinter.  Ahhh. the joy of using the tweezers to yank that splinter.

The second front where this little charmer is the interactive capability.  Lift the flap to clean the wound and rip that bandage off:)  Squeeze that tube of medicine onto the itchy bug bite.  Best of all...wait for it.... best of all...the tweezers!  Yank that nasty old splinter out.

For the all the little listeners whose brains are wired to DO!  (Delivered in the most reassuring and gentle way for all of those little listeners who are curious about how it works.)  Something for everyone!

Make baby feel better in this interactive novelty book, featuring removable pieces, flaps, and touch surfaces

All Better, Baby! is an interactive novelty board book that plays like a doll and reads like a gentle manual about how to soothe a baby. Gillingham has incorporated real tactics for newborn care, giving the text an authenticity and purpose. Interactivities include putting a bandage on a scraped knee, rubbing ointment on an itchy bug bite, and more, and are all accompanied by tender, instructive narration. Perfect for soon-to-be older siblings or doll-crazy toddlers, this book encourages children to read while they play, and practice empathy and care.---from the publisher
