Owen the pig has decided to send his grandmother a GIANT hug. He starts the hug by hugging the clerk at the post office and gives instructions: "Please make the hug just as giant when you pass it on to the mailman." Now the hug is on its way from animal to animal as it travels across the country on its way to Grandma. Half the fun of the book is watching the different characters give and receive the giant hug. Some are squirmy and some are quite enthusiastic! Great fun for a storytime.
