When Prue’s one year old brother is suddenly captured by a murder of crows and taken into the Impassible Wilderness, she embarks on a fantastical journey to find him with her friend Curtis. Prue and Curtis are well aware, however, that no one has entered the wild forest and come out to tell the tale, so first they must figure out a way in. Along the way, Prue and Curtis meet many creatures, ranging from friendly and helpful to conniving and deceitful. Little do they know, Wildwood has a history of violence and corruption and they have actually jumped right into the middle of a full scale war. When Prue and Curtis get separated in the dense forest, they must show true bravery and most importantly decide who they can trust in order to find her brother and help save Wildwood. Fans of The Chronicles of Narnia will delight in this fantasy tale filled with playful animals and shrewd villains.
