For as long as this little girl can remember she has thought about owls and dreamed about owls. She searches the forests in her neighborhood for a glimpse of an owl, for that magical moment when she sees one of those amazing birds.

This story has a very good friend story called OWL MOON. In that story a child goes out searching for an owl too. Just like in that story we find ourselves outdoors walking through forests with the moon overhead. We are lost in a world of nature and we want more than anything to hear and see an owl- preferably a Great Horned Owl. They really are the best.
Sweet, sprinkled with moments of quiet humor this is an invitation to take a walk outdoors when the sun goes down. Bring your flashlight and bring your binos.
