The Mostly True Story of Jack

It wasn’t so bad being invisible. Sometimes invisibility had its uses. When Jack is sent to Hazelwood, Iowa for the summer, he expects to be invisible there as he is at home.  Little does he know that the people of Hazelwood have been waiting for him for a long time….”

Jack, who has always felt invisible at home, is sent to Hazelwood, Iowa to live with his aunt and uncle while his parents sort out their divorce.  He makes a friend for the first time and discovers that his life is not exactly what he had always believed and sometimes fairytales or legends can be mostly true.  Things start to get exciting as Jack comes to realize who he is and what that means for the town of Hazelwood.  This fantasy is fast-paced and presents a really good story about how good and evil balance each other, and there is magic in nature.
