For everyone who loves to see the good guys (in this case Smelly Bill) go up against the bad guys (in this case Aunt Bleach) this is one hilarious, smelly, romp of a stinky book. This book has traveled across the pond bringing its rubbish bins and disinfectant with it and much to the dismay of Bill, the dog, when his beloved family goes off on vacation, who sweeps in but Aunt Bleach with her cleaning products in a row. She is dedicated to cleanliness and sparkly and shiny and definitely a defender of the air waves and when she gets a whiff of Smelly Bill who loves to roll in all things stinky, she is a determined warrior against the grime. Bill, no fool he, dives under the couch. Bleach, no fool she, fishes him out with the lure of a large piece of sirloin steak. Too late Bill catches on and shortly finds himself amidst the scrubbing bubbles and Bleach singing a happy song of lemon zest and cherry scrub and the end of reeking. So who wins this battle? Read on oh fearless reader. Hilarious, great read aloud, just delightful from tip to tail (tale). Illustrations are full force giggle and guffaw. 32 pages Ages 4-9
