Shooting the Moon

Shooting the Moon

Twelve-year-old Jamie Dexter is the daughter of the Colonel. Her father lives and breathes honor, duty and sacrifice until his son, T.J., enlists in the Army and ships out to Vietnam. Jamie sees the war through the eye of her brother's camera and slowly her world stops making perfect sense. War is no longer the exciting adventure she imagines, and her father is no longer the omnipotent human she held onto. Ages 10-13
