Know anybody who thinks it's really, really, really hard to wait?  Turns out Cookie Monster feels the same way.  Cookie Monster has just put a pan full of delicious cookies into the oven and now he has to wait...and wait...and wait...for them to be done cooking. It's hard.

Luckily Mr. Andy is there to help.  Mr. Andy teaches Cookie about his five senses.  Then, the magic starts. Mr. Andy has Cookie do some deep belly breaths (we could all use a few of these right now) and shows Cookie how to use his sense of smell to keep his mind busy and on other things.  It's amazing how fast cookies get done when you are using your special senses.
