So, just how do you conjure up a pet potion? Perrywinkle and his friend, Andromeda, are practicing their magic to make the Great Wizard a present. The present is going to be a pet to keep him company. So with three cups of burned water, some girl winks, and the all important "cross crow's feather" they say the magic words and then, oops, instead of GLAD, they say "MAD." "Fly for your lives." Oh dear. What a mess. Instead of a pet, they have a purple glop and all their magic words just change the color. The red eyes are glowing and the monster is getting stronger. A quick wave of the wand makes him disappear. Now the arguing begins. Whose magic is stronger? Boy magic or girl magic?
