There are three stories in this book about Martin Bridge. In the first chapter, Martin answers the door to find his nemesis, Laila, standing in the doorway dressed to come to his party. Problem is that his birthday party was yesterday. Today he has plans to go play Park Rangers looking out for forest fires with his two best friends. His mom says Laila is a guest, and he has to be nice. In the second story, his class is going to a museum on a field trip to see dinosaurs, but he forgets his permission slip. In the third story, Martin and his friends are accused of letting the class parakeet out of her cage and now she's lost. 144 pages
