Liam Geller has nothing to show for his life. His grades and his behavior are out of control. So, his parents send him to live with his uncle, Aunt Pete, in a small town in New York state. Aunt Pete is a gay disc jockey who lives in a trailer. Liam has always been popular, rich and blessed with the good looks of his supermodel mother. When he moves in with Aunt Pete, Liam decides to get back in his father's good graces by being an unpopular, geeky guy. He struggles to pull it off. Being cool just seems to follow him wherever he goes no matter what he tries. Is he going to even screw this up?
