On his birthday, BIlly is a real little monster. Well, and so are all of his guests. Really...they are all little monsters. Billy gets some great gifts and he won't share with anyone. No playing with the little red car that you can drive and no bouncing his new ball. And on it goes until Hazel gives BIlly a game that you need more than one person to play. Now it's Billy's turn to ask if his friends will play with him and they say no. He hasn't shared at all and they aren't about to start. Billy learns his lesson and lets everyone play with his birthday gifts. It's a monstrous good time!
