One morning Douglas woke up and he needed a hug. So, he got ready for the day and off he went to find one. He thought about his hugs. His favorite hugs were big hugs so he hugged the biggest thing he could find. But it just wasn't the same. He tried the tallest thing he could think of. Nope, splinters. Maybe something comfy...like a bush. Oops! Off it runs! This is a quickly paced story about a bear who is looking in all the wrong places to get the hug he needs. And then he figures out just where to find that really great hug. At the end of the book there are pictures of all the different kinds of hugs....Group Hug, Sandwich Hug, Solo Hug...and more 32 pages Ages 3-7
