This is a gentle, warm, funny story about working together and getting along with others even if you are two pigs, a moose and a bear. All is well as our tale begins, with two friendly pigs heading out to spend the day together in the woods. When they return home each with a treasure from the forest, they find that a moose and a bear have moved into their respective homes and destroyed them in the process. Together the four decide to solve the homelessness problem by hiring some busy beavers to build them one big new wonderful home to share. For an agreed upon sum of peanut butter sandwiches the beavers get to work. There is a warmth and slight hint of humor throughout the entire adventure. This is a nice bedtime story.
