Honey Paw and Lightfoot

Fall is coming and Honey Paw is sniffing and ambling through the mountains looking for a mate. Then, he appears. The Old Man of the Mountains, a huge imposing grizzly bear who becomes her mate and then leaves Honey Paw to seek her food and fatten herself up through summer and fall in preparation for winter. Deep in her den she gives birth to a small cub-so small it is dwarfed by her own paw and claws.
