Froggy's Worst Playdate

It’s Saturday and Froggy is excited to go out and play with his friends. Unfortunately,
they are all busy and so Froggy is forced to go on a playdate set up by his Mom. To

make matters worse, the playdate is with a girl, Frogilina. Fans of the Froggy series will
recognize London’s signature writing style and his usual tropes. The action literally
moves on the page as London spells out what is happening in expressive words that
highlight every act. The language is never dull as Froggy doesn’t just walk to the
kitchen, he flops (flop flop flop!). Remkiewicz uses bright colors and shows plenty of
expression to illustrate each characters thoughts and feelings. With plenty of humor and
silliness, this is another Froggy book that is bound to be a story time hit!  32 pages  Ages 3-6
