“You can’t tell me what to do! I’m Frangoline!” she says.

During the day, Frangoline acts like a perfect little angel, but at night she is a naughty little girl. When the clock strikes midnight, Frangoline puts on her jet-black cape and leaves her bedroom to bother the night creatures and the moon. The short verses move the story of a good by day, bad by night little girl. This makes a good read aloud. A word of warning, the author is British and some expressions are more British than American.
