Boy No More

After witnessing the bombing of Pearl Harbor, Adam moves to California with his mother and younger sister. He has difficulty adjusting to their new life--not only is he dealing with the loss of his father, who died in the attack, but none of his new classmates can understand what he has seen and experienced. When Davi, his Japanese friend from Hawaii, writes to tell him that Davi's father is being held in an internment camp, Adam decides to take a major risk and search for him.
