Big One-Oh

Charley Maplewood is about to turn the big one-oh. He's never been much of a party animal but for this major milestone in life he decides he's going to have a party. Now having a party means making friends and right now Charley doesn't have any friends. He ends up inviting the class bully and burning down the garage in the process. Along the way he makes some friends including the guy next door who offers him a "hand" or is it a "foot?" Either way it is destined to make Charley's House of Horrors a real hit.
