Don't you hate to see those bags caught in the trees along the side of the road? What if you followed one of those bags from the landfill where it begins its journey and along the road until it meets up with a little girl named Margaret who is recycling some cans for a little cash? The bag keeps some drafts from coming under the door for a little while at the gas station and then floats off to be used by a homeless man. Eventually this bag is gathered by a person who sells bags to a store for a dollar or two and the same little girl who used the bag for her cans bounces in to buy a baseball glove and a ball and guess which bag will hold her treasures? This is an exploration of recycling and great for an Earth Day program.
