With a nickname of Brady, a young football player has won an opportunity to throw one football through a target at a professional football game. He is a dedicated fan of the New England Patriots whose quarterback is named Tom Brady and has purchased an autographed Brady football with his own personal savings. His family has some troubles to handle such as a lost job for the father and a risk to their home ownership. The million dollars he might win would really help his family, but this brings a lot of pressure on Brady. With the support of his best friend Abby and the distraction of his school football team games -- especially a championship game -- Brady waits for the big day. Abby has a special gift being an artist, but she is losing her sight, which will destroy her gift. Abby and Brady learn that both fathers have lost their jobs and the money needed for Abby's medical treatment is unavailable.
