This is a good one. It's not your usual sport book for boys. Meet Tom who loves baseball. He lives next door to an old man who owns a lot of land in town and that land happens to include the town baseball field. Depending on the outcome of a baseball game, he just might sell the land, and the field and baseball will be no more in Dillontown. The author brings the town and the kids so alive you really get pulled into the action. Then, along comes Cruz de la Cruz - Mr. Secret Weapon.
