But it's the side of life she experiences at school and with her friends that really as her turned upside down. Should she try out for cheerleading or soccer? Is her best friend Tam still her best friend or is she turning her back on her old friend in favor of Renee. Allie feels left out. She finds herself having to learn a new position on the soccer team. Everything is taking a whole lot of adjustment and along the way Allie is figuring out who she is and what is really important to her.
