The House You Pass On the Way

Staggerlee has read the letter over and over again. It's from her cousin, Trout, who visited this past summer and the two girls had found a deep connection with each other. Staggerlee, age 14, knows she naturally loves girls, not boys. But Trout was exploring her sense of self when she met Staggerlee and back home her friend, Rachel, is determined to find her a boyfriend. This is a story of self-awareness, of courage, and of honesty.
