Margaret and Maizon (rhymes with raisin) have been best friends for forever. Now, since Maizon has come back from boarding school, a new friend, Caroline, has entered the picture. Maizon doesn't spend as much time with Margaret anymore. More change has come to Maizon though as her father, Cooper, has come back to see his daughter and to try to make a place for himself in her life. She had dreamed of his return but things aren't turning out as she'd expected. Does she want him back as her father? The girls "get" each other like no one else can..
