What is it like to have Asperger Syndrome or High-Functioning Autism? This is a great alphabet book that describes kids who have this "wiring." If you work with or have a friend who lives with these challenges, you'll find yourself saying, "Oh, now get it." They are amazingly focused, have huge memories, and are tremendously enthusiastic. This would make a great read aloud for a class to help kids understand a classmate. Bright, bold pictures create a happy, positive vibration throughout the text. We all have strengths and weaknesses and it's important to understand how other people operate so we can celebrate everyone's gifts and understand and accept our differences.
