Big Machines

This is a great early reader, especially for boys who are just getting comfortable with reading but are looking for a book that gives them action, pictures, and best of all, information. They like to know how things work. This is a simple story of how big machines like dump trucks and bulldozers can knock down a factory with some wonderful crashing and smashing and work together to create a park for people to enjoy. Along the way your young reader learns all about how these machines work. This is an “Eyewitness Reader” from the DK people (Dorling Kindersley). These people understand the need for visuals and for information. If you have one of these readers, look forward to the entire Eyewitness series when he/she is about nine years old.
