Kevin, star of Liar, Liar, returns with a cash flow problem this time. His parents have cut off his allowance since the lying episodes and his part time jobs have dried up. Now there is a dance coming up at school and Kevin would love to take the beautiful blonde, Tina.
How will he get the cash to buy the tickets for the dance? Kevin's first foray into business is to set up some poker games - he gets a cut of the winnings for being the logistics guy. Appetite whetted, Kevin goes in search of bigger game.
