The good professor of the tragically odd name has taken his wife and his inventions and fled his native Swissland as no one there will listen or respect his creativity. Fleeing his native land he has landed in Jerome Horowitz Elementary school as the new science teacher where he dreams of being accepted and beloved regardless of his highly entertaining name. Alas, tis not to be. Our shenanigan-filled dynamic duo lose their minds over the name and create a new comic book entitled Captain Underpants and the Pied Pooper of Piqua. (Try reading that aloud to a classroom full of laughing children without losing control.)
