Fourteen year old Princess Esmerelda is surprised to meet a talking frog one day and is even more surprised when she agrees to kiss him with the hope of changing him back into the prince he claims to have been. Instead of the prince appearing before her eyes, she finds herself changed into a frog. A familiar fairy tale with a new twist. Add a witch and a few talking animals and you have an amusing, somewhat comic story with a touch of romance. The first of the series.
