Indiana Jones here we come. Meet the Wilde family: Twelve year old Brian and his sister ten-year-old Wren Wilde are the two children of Doc Wilde, a famous adventurer. They come from a long line of adventurers. These kids are skilled in the martial arts, can read and translate ancient Greek, and know how to use all kinds of gadgets. Their lives are one big adventure after another. Grandpa has gone missing, again, thereby launching this adventure off into the jungles where they will be watched by, surrounded by, and captured by what else: frogs. I can see the eyes of young readers lighting up as they turn the pages. It's zany and action-packed and Brian and Wren are everything these young readers would hope to be. Resilient, self-reliant and indomitable.
