What was it like to sail on the Mayflower? there are only 2 first-person accounts of the voyage but here is the story done with photographs of life on board . William Small is the ship's apprentice. He is apprenticed to Christopher Jones, master of the Maylfower. He meets a passenger, Ellen Moore and the two keep each other company and make friends. Storms come and william has much work to do. Although the pictures are staged, they would help children visualize the life on board in those times.
