Hunger

Nobody could be more surprised than Lisabeth Lewis when her suicide attempt is interrupted by a strange delivery man who hands her a set of scales and tells her that she is Famine. Lisa loves food; food is her obsession. She doesn’t want to be Famine. But when Death shows up at your door and takes you for a ride, you can’t exactly say no.

The more Lisa learns about the job of being Famine, the more she doesn’t want it. But, like the Thin voice in her head, the job isn’t so easy to get rid of. Can she make it out alive? Does she want to live enough to fight for it?
