Poetic and almost dreamlike, this wonderful bedtime story begins with the snow falling through a haze. Bunnies are curled up deep below the cold in their burrows until one by one they stick their noses out to explore this new world. Gray wolves are roaming and barn owls are searching and bunnies need to hide.
In the distance are the lights of houses and the smell of smoke and glimpses of children who couldn'wait until morning to build a snowman. Now the bunnies start running and sliding and hopping and the children head home leaving behnd a big, friendly snowman to capture the little bunnies curiosity and join them in the gleaming moonlight.
