There are several characters in the book and each chapter tells about one of the characters from another character’s perspective. The characters are participating in a role-playing action game called Spray. Each character is an assassin and the object is to spray water on an assigned target. There can only be one winner in the game and they only have three weeks to play the game all over the city -- a city that is experiencing a severe water shortage. It is very interesting how the various characters interact with each other.
I highly recommend this book. It is engaging and the characters are interesting. The subplot that runs through the book keeps the reader going as well. There is no foul language or scenes that might be unsuitable.
